I offer the following therapy services to adults and teenagers:

Individual Psychotherapy (45 – 60 minutes)

Online Psychotherapy (45 – 60 minutes)

Relationship Therapy (60 minutes)

Family Therapy (60 minutes)

I work with insurance on an out of network basis to maximize patient convenience and session affordability.

I am a registered out of network provider with Aetna, United, Oxford and UMR, which allows me to submit claims for you to speed up reimbursement and minimize your out of pocket costs once any applicable deductibles are satisfied. I also accept HSA and FSA accounts for payment. With other insurers, I can provide detailed superbills or invoices that make getting my fees reimbursed a snap for most patients.

Even when I am in network with your insurance company, deductibles, coinsurance and/or copayment often applies. I will verify your benefits and expected financial contribution toward our sessions before our initial consultation if I am in network with your insurance plan. If I am out of network with your insurance company, I can send you a list of questions to ask to make for an efficient phone call to estimate your out of pocket costs as closely as possible.

Insurance does not cover or reimburse for all services I provide, most prominently, phone sessions and crisis calls. Some insurance does not cover online sessions. Service coverage may also be limited based on diagnosis or medical necessity criteria.

Session fees vary based on length of session and the service provided.

Individual psychotherapy (50-55 minutes)   $200

Relationship or Family psychotherapy (60-75 minutes)  $250

Giving back is important to me, and is a big part of why I chose social work as my foundational clinical training. Accordingly, I reserve a limited number of reduced fee (some therapists call this sliding scale) session slots to keep treatment accessible to as many people as possible. If you feel your financial circumstances quality you for a reduced fee, let me know when you call or email so we can discuss.

Check out Open Path as an alternate option for low fee psychotherapy.
